This week, Works For Me Wednesday posts are all about kitchens! Those of you that know me, know that I am not the most organized in my kitchen, but we do have one thing that works really well. Our Bottle Brushes! When Baby Girl was born, we were faced with all these little baby accessories to clean, so we went in search of her own special little brush.
We came across these great brushes by Munchkin at our local Target. I just love them!! They have this great suction cup on the end, so you can stick them to the bottom of the sink and clean out a bottle with one hand. Perfect for when you are holding a baby with the other!
We no longer have bottles to clean, but we still keep two of these brushes stuck to the side of the sink. We use them for our regular pots and pans, as well. We throw them in the dishwasher, and then stick them back so they don’t lay with the bristles on the counter. At least this way, I feel like they are staying cleaner than laying around on the sink ledge! This is what works for me! To see more, check outRocks in My Dryer’s Works for Me Wednesday!

My lil one has been out of bottles for 4 1/2 months now and that same bottle cleaner still rests alongside my soap dispenser…I love those things!
It’s great that these brushes outlast the fleeting baby bottle stage. A good investment!
I was just thinking the other day that we needed to get one of these. We’re well past the bottle stage here, but they are really useful!
Reminds me that I need a new bottle brush! Ours is getting worn. I hadn’t thought of washing it in the dishwasher though, great idea
I love to use mine for wine glasses. My daughter doesn’t take bottles anymore, but they are perfect for the wine glasses or cleaning out the tea kettle…
