Lately, I have been using tons of plastic bags for various things. Wet clothes and poopie diapers are the normal contents of my plastic bags, but since we have moved to a home with no yard, puppy poop is much more likely to grace the interior of my bags! Normally, we use bags that come from a chain store. These are not bio-degradable. Plastic “newspaper” bags are not degradable either, nor are ziploc baggies. I have been trying to make some changes to our daily lives and cutting down on the amount of plastic bags we use just seems like a proper step.
So I found these. Bags on Board makes disposable plastic bags that are bio-degradable! Not only that, they come in cute holders (like this cute fire hydrant) that attach to leashes, diaper bag straps, strollers, or anything else that you would want to attach the bags to! The refills also come in cute colors that you just don’t find in other bags (my German Shepherd just loves his pink poop bag).
This is what is currently working for me! What works for you? Head on over to Shannon’s Site and share your tips and tricks with everyone else!
PS: Sorry for the light week. There may be a few more headed your way as we get settled in to the new place. I have most of the boxes organized, but I am still working on quite a bit so I won’t be posting too much in the near future.
